The MelaNation is a movement! Our culture shares a love of Family, Fun, Fine Wine, and all the wonderful things surrounding the experience of togetherness. Whether it's raising a glass to new life changes, hanging out with family and friends, or a night out on the town, our wine collection has a varietal that's right for you.

The MelaNation is unlike traditional memberships in that it gives back in multiple ways, including wine, events, and so much more! You can have our award-winning wines shipped to you or pick them up at the winery.

The MelaNation Standard Experience
$50.00 / Monthly

  • Membership: Complimentary.
  • The Wine: 1–2 bottles of curated selections delivered monthly or available for local pickup.
  • Live Music: 1 Complimentary ticket to a Melanation Celebration live music event each month.
  • Tastings: 2 Complimentary Elevated Tasting vouchers per month.
  • Events: 10% discount on select special events.
  • Gift Shop: 10% discount on all gift shop merchandise.
  • Access: Priority access to newly released, library, and specialty wines.
  • Birthday Perk: 1 complimentary bottle of wine during your birthday month.
  • Shipping: Flat-rate shipping (or specify if included).

The MelaNation Elevated Experience
$150.00 / Quarterly

  • Membership: Complimentary.
  • The Wine: 3–4 premium or reserve bottles delivered every three months (Seasonal).
  • Shipping: Complimentary Shipping Included on all quarterly club shipments.
  • Gift Shop: Elite 20% discount on all gift shop merchandise.
  • Events: 15% discount on select special events + Early VIP access to ticket sales.
  • Live Music: 1 Complimentary ticket to a Melanation Celebration live music event each quarter.
  • Tastings: 4 Complimentary Elevated Tasting vouchers per quarter + 1 Annual Private Tasting for you and up to 3 guests.
  • Access: Exclusive "first-look" access to limited-run reserve blends.

The MelaNation Wine Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The MelaNation! Thank you for joining our wine club. To ensure a smooth membership experience, please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions.

There is no fee to join The MelaNation, and you can sign up online or at our tasting room. By becoming a member, you agree to these terms and conditions and verify that you or the recipient is at least 21 years old. You authorize Melanated Wine to charge your credit card four times a year (March, June, September, December). A minimum of two club shipments is required, or a $100 early cancellation fee will apply.

Billing

Your club releases will be charged to the credit card on file. Please update your information online or by calling 919-695-3303 before the billing date. Address changes must be made at info@melanatedwineandspirits.com or 919-695-3303 at least 5 days before billing. We are not responsible for shipping charges due to incorrect or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs or a $25 restocking fee. Wine club purchases, taxes, and shipping are non-refundable once processed. Prices may change without notice.

Winery Pick Up

Will-call members must pick up their wine within 90 days of billing. If unable to do so, please contact info@melanatedwineandspirits.com or 919-695-3303 before the 90-day deadline to make alternative arrangements. Failure to pick up within 90 days may result in wine substitutions or shipping charges.

Notifications

You will receive an email before each shipment with important details and dates. Please update your credit card and shipping information before the billing date. Changes made after billing cannot be accommodated.

Shipping

Due to age verification laws, daytime delivery addresses are required. Shipments are handled by UPS and cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Returned or refused will incur additional fees. We currently ship to AK, AL, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership after receiving two shipments with a 30-day written notice to info@melanatedwineandspirits.com If the 30-day period falls within a club month, that shipment will be your final release. Wine purchases, taxes, and shipping are non-refundable, and early cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
